Hello,
we have few 9951 IP Phones with cucm 10.5.1.10000-7 and these models going in preservation mode when users on call.
it has happened many times and as per some community post, i have applied latest firmware for 9951 but still it is coming..
Please see the attached error screen and help to fix it..

Hi,
I have installed many 99XX on CUCM 10 and some on 11, and I have never seen that.
To me it seems like a network issue. I would try to monitor one problematic phone with wireshark, and see what is happening, or check log files on CUCM, or check if this happens with all calls (internal and external)

issue is fixed after applying the ES patch that was provided by TAC engineer as it is not available on cisco site.
