Hello, we're experiencing a strange issue with a Cisco 9951 IP Phone - Firmware Version - sip9951.9-4-2SR4-1
We're attempting to pair bluetooth headsets to these devices for the first time the headsets we've tried are:
- Plantronics Explorer 110 (Preferred)
- Jabra Talk 5 - Plantronics Voyager 5200 Series
Once paired the headset itself works fine to answer a call by pressing the answer button, this also works fine if we reset the handset or reconnect to the TFTP server. After the first call we can no longer use the answer button on the headset to answer an incoming call, the headsets still work fine if answered via the phone buttons and we can hang up using the headset on a connected call. I'm wondering if anyone has any experience or insight as to why this might be happening? I am aware that the 9951 uses Bluetooth 2.0 technology yet all of these headsets are backwards compatible to the 2.0 protocol.
