digit strip leading 0`s incoming from carrier

Moving to sip with AT&T whom said they will send Toll from inbound with leading 0`s. Is it best to strip these on the Cube or CUCM?

Dear ckgilliam,

From my point of view, it is more convenient to strip the digits on CUBE (via creating translation-rules and then assign them on the corresponding dial-peers).

Moreover, it is easier to test the translation-rules via the CLI as well as confirm if the calls are delivered to your CUBE the way that the Provider has "promised" you.

I would defensively agree with George on this. Doing it in Cube with voice translation rule would be my preferred way.
