Is there any Softphone software  for the 9971 in market ?

It depends what you want..

Cisco IP Communicator is a softphone that works with CUCM.

Cisco Jabber is a softphone and also a UC client that can either be a softphone or remotely control your 9971.

I am looking Softphone for the CCIE lab .

Then you probably want CIPC, as it basically emulates a 79xx phone.

You may also need to know Jabber if you are going for the collab CCIE. I haven't looked but would expecte presence/jabber to be on there..
