Hi all
I have a single 9971 where the soft buttons/touchscreen have stopped working. (other 9971s are ok)
It worked ok when installed a week ago but now the screen is not responding to touch.
I have factory reset the phone but no joy.
Has anyone else experienced this behaviour ?
