Hi!

Just wanna know your idea regarding provisioning of A-flex license for onprem CUCM.Let's say we haven't applied the license yet on the CUCM will the subscription automatically starts given the initial start date have passed even though the license is not used yet?

For A-FLEX/A-FLEX-3 the subscription begins when the Request Start Date is reached and the Webex Control Hub provisioning wizard has completed for at least one workload (partners almost always do this to associate your subscription to them properly). The provisioning step can be held for up to 30 days after the RSD before Cisco forces invoicing to commence regardless. When/if you put those licenses on CUCM has no bearing on the start date. This answer does not apply to A-FLEX-CC.
