Hello I have doubt how can I configure in AA TCLwith Gateway  to call at option 4 and also I need to call to extension in range 4…, my problem is the whe to press 4 always to translate to 4119 never I can to calls a other extensions 4…

You cannot have options overlapping extensions.

Thanks Paolo do you know if I can to do anything with 4# for example?To do differs?

That when I press option 4 says to edn press #, then send the gateway 4# to dial-peer is possible?

No, not really. Just avoid using option 4.
