hay i have ip phone 7841 sip, communication betwen ip phone establish "ring" when i dial by number but absent "sound" "audio"

You need to provide a lot more info and not just say the problem.
CUCM? CME? Version? Call flow?
Most usually no audio or one way audio are routing issues, start by making sure there is full routing between endpoints.

i have cucm version 10.5 ,the configuration that i used is the sip because i have ip phone 7841 sip,
session sip with server cucm is good "ring", but withou the sound for answer??

Is this happening on all calls, or external calls only? Can you reproduce between 2 IP phones.
If external calls only are you doing NATing to your provider, is there a firewall in the media path?

To be clear, if you establish call between two phones in the same subnet, are you facing the problem?

That's a whole different issue, and system, open a new thread, FYI, that's just the call control, you need to specify what you're going to be using for voicemail if you expect any assistance.
