All,
I set up a controller E1 with country brazil use-defaults. When I receive a collect call from PSTN, this call has category II-8 and the cisco voice gateway returns B-7, disconnecting the call. I find this feature "E1 R2 Collect Call Blocking".
I need accept collect calls from PSTN with category II-8 and can´t find a way to disable this feature !!!

That is a completely undocumented command, in perfect Cisco style.
Thanks for letting us know!

try to disable the double answer:
Router(config)# controller e1 4/0
Router(config-controller)# cas-custom 1
Router(config-controller)# no double-answer

Double-answer is disabled by default.
May be OP can try enabling it, to possibly prevent the router to reject the call with category-based signal.

Thanks, but double-answer is not configured.
Disconnection occurs based on category.
I solved problem with command collect-call-enable under cas-custom.
Thanks all.

Hi Guilherme !
I have another situation with Collect Calls.. I need to allow the incomming collect calls, but, the calls are comming from PSTN to a Philips PBX first... than, to a cisco gateway.. it would be like this:
PSTN > PBX > E1 ISDN QSIG > C2951 > CUCM7.x > IP Phone.
When I pickup the call, I start hearing the music.. but the call is droppend in a second....
any idea ?
Thank you !
Andrei.
