Access to \CiscoWebs\IPPhoneServices\CCMCIP

Hello everybody

I like to install a new .xml file in this folder (\CiscoWebs\IPPhoneServices\CCMCIP) but I don't know how

to access this folder.

I had a look with the Bulk Administration "Upload/Download Files" and with TFTP but it seems not to be the right way.

Has anybody a idea how to access this folder to put my xml file in there?

Hi Pascal,

 what is your CUCM version?

Note: in CUCM version 3.3 it was possible to do that because it was a Windows O.S. (C:\CiscoWebs\...).

If you're running CUCM 5.x there is no way to upload anything to the Tomcat server on CUCM, a separate web server is required.
