we bought a cisco Ip phone model cp 8865 and when we try to connect to our network it is asking for an activation code can you help me by giving activation code

Which platform you will register the phone Webex or CUCM ?
if you are trying to register the phone with CUCM, check if the phone received TFTP information.
If you are trying to register the phone on webex generate the code from CH and enter the code.

I hope you are using this device for webex calling, if yes add the device on control Hub by login to https://admin.webex.com/ using admin credentials. once added you will get the activation code.

Only admins are allowed to log into Control Hub - obviously you don't have that role.
You have to ask your admin to generate a code for you.
