Hi,

We have CUCM10.0 and Cisco 2911 with H.323 gateway. I have checked the dsp group on 2911, their are all up and available.

Now the problem is the internal conference and external conference. When we using the conference button with internal extensions, the conference can be setup and working normally, if we want to setup the conference with outbound caller, it is ended after add the second caller.

Is there any setup on Cisco 2911 or CUCM10.0? Could you give us some suggestions to setup conference with external caller?

Tried again, still failed.

GW#conf t

GW(config)#dspfarm profil
GW(config)#dspfarm profile 1 con
GW(config)#dspfarm profile 1 conference
GW(config-dspfarm-profile)#shut

Disabling profile will disconnect active CONFERENCING calls,
do you want to continue ? [yes/no]yes
GW(config-dspfarm-profile)#no shut
GW(config-dspfarm-profile)#

Still doesn't work.

What changed after it started working? Try resetting sccp by no sccp/sccp.

Wait for few mins try again.

The only other way I can think of is to get to RTMT traces to figure out whats wrong.

Make a call, try to conference. Give it 2-3 mins.

Go to RTMT>Trace & Log Central> Select Cisco Call Manager> Next>Select time range accordingly (make it as narrow as you can)

I will need to see SDI traces. Also provide information on calling number\called numbers etc. along with time stamps.

Can you also confirm the device you are testing from has MRGL set in the device pool and pointing to this conference bridge.
