Meet me, you need to join the conference using meet me soft key.
Conference now, you join by an IVR.
All three above are Voice Conference.
For video conferencing you need CMS. CMS can also be used as audio conference resource for above three cases. In this case you wont use Software or hardware(PVDM) conference resources.
