Hi
I have cucm 12
AD conference doenst work
For internal call
User A 410 call user B 411, then press conference, user B moove on hold normaly
User A 410 call user C 412 then press buton conference and the call hangup for the 3 user
For PSTN call (throught SIP trunk)
User A 410 call user B cell number 215xxxxx1 then press conference, user B moove on hold normaly
User A 410 call user C cell number 215xxxxx2 then press buton conference and the call hangup for user A 410
Only User B and user C remain in the conference throught PSTN network
Please help

Have you checked the region settings on those 3 phones and whether the conference call involve codec changes ?

Have you already checked the basics?

But before it hapen, I made change on Audio Codec Preference List Configuration oh the region
This change was mandatory for the trunk configuration
I change the order of these 4 codec, the other codec other doenst change
Befor, it was
G.711 U-Law 64K
G.711 A-Law 64K
G.711 U-Law 56K
G.711 A-Law 56K
After the change, now it is
G.711 A-Law 64K
G.711 U-Law 64K
G.711 A-Law 56K
G.711 U-Law 56K

What do you use as CFB?
And, if you revert the codec preference list, does it work?
