Adding NM-HDV2 to 3845 Router

We are currently using a Cisco 3845 router as our voice gateway and would like to add two NM-HDV2 modules each with a VWIC2-2MFT-T1/E1 module.

If we power off the 3845 router, install the two NM-HDV2 modules, and then power the router back on should everything come back up ok?  Will our 3845 config remain the same?

it will be intact .Just check couple things, Save configuration on Router before powering it off  with "wr mem"

You will also need to enable clocking sync between NM-HDV2 and router TDM backplane by network-clock-participate slot <X> and network-clock-select 1 e1 or t1 x x.
