hi I have a 2901 CME 7.0 router I have IP telephones registered in sipv2 but I have a problem the telephone number directory does not come out what should I do? Thank you.

Make sure the directory service is properly configured on your CME router. Ensure that the correct directory URL or IP address is specified.

Add the directory under telephoney-service

• configure terminal
• telephony-service
• directory { first-name-first | last-name-first}
• no service local-directory
