Hi All,
We have a situation where we need to retrieve a users voicemail messages in a .wav format. PCA is working in the environment, however we'd like a way to access a users mailbox without using their login. Is there an admin account (or other method) that can be used to retrieve different users mailboxes?
We are using Unity Connection 8.6.

Hi Ash,
There is no way to access the user VM's without either "their" PIN or by resetting/overriding
their PIN.
In Connection 7.x versions you could use the DRS Message Fisher Tool but it is not
supported in 8.x Connection builds

Hi Rob,
Thanks for your reply. That's a shame, the only other option I've managed to come up with is, as you touched on, to reset the pin, and login to their account from a voice recorded phone (then collecting the wave from the recorder).
