Admin login info for IP Phone 8800 multiplatform

Purchased a Cisco IP phone 8600 multi platform from Amazon. Trying to upgrade the firmware, but can't login to the Admin page. Anyone knows what is the default admin login and pass?

I am talking about the web login. the login is either user or Admin. its the password that is required. there is no window to use Cisco as user. Could you clarify please ?

For admin, try "Cisco" as the password.

Do we have answers to this question since I have the same issue with CP-7832 and CP-8875? Both ask for the password which I never set.

The 7832 is not an MPP phone. The 8875 is also not an MPP phone and it runs on RoomOS. How are you using these phones? Are they registered to CUCM?
