Agent Call Summary - Question on Transfer Out

In the Agent Call Summary Historical report -

For Agent A

If the ACD transfer out represents - 133 calls

And Outbound on IPCC represents - 187 calls

Outbound on Non-IPCC - 30 calls

Is the understanding correct that 133 out of 187 calls were transferred out by the agent to another caller or application.

The team does a lot of transferring out calls to a different site and we want to track the exact count of outbound calls made for sales related purposes excluding  these transfers  so does the count 187 - 133 represent an accurate estimate of these genuine outbound calls?

Regards

Transfer is a different CTI operation than a plain outside call. You should test this yourself to be sure but the Outbound on IPCC should be pure outbound calls, not transfers.

Detailed definitions are available in the reporting guide: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/crs/express_10_6/user/guide/UCCX_BK_U89A45EB_00_uccx-historical-reporting-guide-106/UCCX_BK_U89A45EB_00_uccx-historical-reporting-guide-106_chapter_01.html#UCCX_RF_ACD33B1E_00

ACD - Transfer Out: Unified CCX calls that the agent transfers out.
Translation: of the calls handed to the agent from the RmCm subsystem, how many did the agent transfer elsewhere.

Outbound On IPCC - Total: Calls that the agent dials on a Unified CCX extension including both connected and attempted calls.
Translation: Total calls, attempted or successful, made from the agent's ACD extension (i.e. the one they enter into CAD/Finesse at login).

Outbound On Non-IPCC - Total: Calls that the agent dials on a non-Unified CCX extension including both connected and attempted calls.
Translation: Total calls, attempted or successful, made from any other DNs* on an agent's phone other than the ACD DN. *CCX only monitors the first four line appearances; if an agent has a 796x or other phone with more than four PLKs/DNs then those extra line appearances beyond the first four will NOT be included in this number.

Hello Jonathan,

Is it written somewhere where to transferred out by finesse agent ?

Baris.
