Alert internal caller if internal recipient is already in a call

Using CUCM 12.0.1, BE6K, is there a way to have an alert display on an internal callers screen if the internal recipient is already in a call?

No, there is no visual/audio indication, unless you configured the CFB in CUCM and in CUC to play that specific greeting stating they're on another call.

Aside from that, you'd need to use presence enabled directories to find out, prior to placing the call.
