I have Unified Communications Manager v8.5. I have configured a name in the Alerting Name fields of the line, however when a call is made to another extention, the name is not presented on the called phone, only the extension number shows up. The name does, however, show up on the calling phone. Has anyone else experienced this?

Is this is a direct call or are you routing thru something else??
Unity? transformation/translation patterns?

This is a call directly from an extension to another extension in the same partition.

To have the name show up on the Called phone check the Display (Internal Caller ID) field, the Alerting Name is displayed on the Calling Phones Display not the Called Phone Display

This refers to calls going out a gateway.
The issue that I am having is on the phone's extenion. When I call from extension 655 to extension 654, the alerting name should show up on extension 654's display. unless something has changed with v8.5.
