Allow only certain range of incoming calls to an analog phone CUCM 8.6.2

Hi All,

 I have a request from customer for an analog phone

1. Able to make outgoing call to only to one number(this can be achieved)

2. Allow only certain range of incoming calls to this analog phone. 

CUCM 8.6.2

For item #2 the only way to achieve this is to put the analog device on dedicated partition and add this partition only to CSS of devices that should have access to it.

Can you please give some more information.

I was thinking that we should do this on gateway level by matching the called party and apply translation rules to allow certain range of calls.
