Allowing user to forward other users DN

I have a couple Admin. Assistants using 8961 w/ sidecars. They both monitor a department of 20 people and would like to be able to forward someone else's DN when needed, without having to physically go to the users phone to do so.

Is it possible to allow someone the ability to forward someone else's DN from their own phone? Thanks.

I'll assume you're using CUCM as you fail to mention what call control and version you have.

No, from their phone. You would need to go to CCMadmin or use something like this:

You could give them access to the remote phone's User options web pages to call forward the phone remotely.
