i'm facing disconnected issue with analog lines , sometimes its working fine someday issue coming back

What exactly you mean by disconnect? Calls get dropped or anything else? The more information you provide the better chances you have to get a response.

Incoming or outgoing calls? Only on one port or all ports? Only from 1 phone or all phones? Always at the same time or does the time vary when the call is dropped? Does it always happen or is it intermittent?
Can you post a debug of a dropped call?

outgoing and incoming , some phones , some times ,intermittent

I am also facing similar issue, calls are going thru but no voice some times, its intermittent. incoming on Hard Phone is always fine but outgoing not working. Outgoing worked once and on softphone incoming works but no audio at both end.
Here's voice port config::
