Analog phone attached to FXS port does not ring

Hello,

An analog phone which is attaced to FXS port does not ring.

This phone is able to place calls, and if the user answers a call(althgough he cannot hear the ring) the call gets connected.

We connected to that port another analog phone which functions OK when attached to other FXS ports but in this particular port it does not ring too.

The FXS ports are MGCP registered to CUCM.

Is something wrong regarding ringing with this FXS port?

If it won't deliver ringing voltage to anything else on the port, it may be damaged/defective. You can choose the ringing cadence, but I don't think you can choose a ringing voltage in configuration.

We thought there is a problem with the ringing voltage and connected the phone to another FXS port where the ringing works fine.
