analog phone to analog PBX over LAN using ATA

Hi, I am seeking for a solution for connecting analog phone to an analog PBX using ATA over LAN as described in the attached PDF. I was advised that this can be done (they used SPA3102). Can someone give any advice in regard of the proper product and configuration?

ATA is really just a analog to IP terminator and vice-versa. You need a call agent to register the ATA though. From Cisco's perspective it can be a CUCM or a CUCME.
