We have a user with a wireless headset and EHS cable for remote answer. She has her own DID number on line 1 and the main DID number for the office on line 2. Is there a way for her to remotely answer line 2 from her headset? Currently she has to physically press the line 2 button in order to answer.
Thank you,
Scott

Scott,
Do you have the "Always Use Prime Line" value set to "True" under Service Parameters>Cisco CallMananger?

Scott,
Why can't the user answer line 2 with the wireless headset? Is your intention, for the user to answer line 2, while the user is currently on line 1?

No she says if shes away from her desk and a call comes in on line 2 she can't answer from her headset without going back to her phone and pushing the line 2 button. Whereas, if the call is coming in on line 1 she can answer from her headset wherever she is.

Scott,
You're welcome. If you can, verify this setting and let me know if that's it.

Yes that was the setting that fixed it, however I also found you can change that setting on individual phones which is what I did here.
Thanks again,
Scott

Scott,
The single phone option is definitely a better solution. Glad everything is working as desired.
