Hi,

Have you checked the PRI/SIP Trunk utilisation?

Hi,

the trunk is SIP and i have not check his utilisation. Do you think is a capacity problem in trunk???

regards

We used to get this error when all the channels are utilized. Just give a try and post the results.

do you face any issues with calls during this alarm? if so, please remove and readd the RG (RG_TrunkSBC) into RL (RL_SBC) and check if it makes any difference

Thanks

The problemid is not present actually...
If i remove rg into rl it stop the call service

Regards
