Anyway to plug in headphones into Cisco phone? (8851)

I am hard of hearing and I start a new role that requires me to sometimes use the phone. I do okay with the handset but I feel more comfortable using over the ear headphones to listen. I couldn’t find any aux input in the back of the phone. To be clear I’m not looking for headsets that sit directly on top of the ear since my hearing aid won’t pick up sound

The 8851 has a Bluetooth radio, USB-A port (right side, pull the plastic cap off), and an analog RJ9 headset Jack in back. Take your pick. For the RJ9 jack, two common vendors are Jabra and Plantronics/Polycom/HP.
