Cisco CP-840S and CP-860S Scanner

Hi ,

How is the Bar Code reader functioning on the Cisco wireless phone models such has 840 and 860. Where is the data uploaded ? does it require any third party?

As far as I am aware this requires a 3rd party integration and "in the roadmap".  

Only the most basic features of the phone are currently working (making/taking calls, WebEx).  Some native Android apps also work.  The rest of the features are "in the roadmap" or "open beta".

You can, however, scan the bar codes onto a WebEx chat.  That is the most "basic" (if not crude) way to read something.
