Hi,
I have a problem when I want reinstall a subcriber.
I want apply an Upgrade on the installation.
My bootable DVD is 10.5.2.11900 and the patch is 10.5.2.12901.
Is there a solution to solve my problem?
Thank in advance

Hi there,
I would go ahead and open a TAC case to verify as I believe you are hitting this bug;
Symptom:
When doing a fresh install of a Call Manager node, there is an option to use an upgrade patch option.
For CUCM 10.5, this approach cannot be used. Not even by using the bootable image for 10.0 and upgrade file for 10.5
Conditions:
Installing CUCM 10.5 with bootable image of a lower version and upgrade file of CUCM 10.5
Workaround:
None -> Use Bootable image for CUCM 10.5 itself
Cheers!

Then do it, there is an option for exactly that during the installation wizard...
