our cube is behind the asa (asa5515) and there is one to one nat. the related ports are open from the provider's sbc.
sip inspection is enabled.
at random occasions inbound calls have no audio or they drop. after we opened a ticket with the provider they send the debugs and their traces show that they see the internal cube ip address instead of the nat ip.
i can't replicate the issue on demand. it happens totally randomly.
i have same setup (cube behind asa and same sip trunk provider) for another client and they experience same issue.
any ideals appreciated.
