Hello,
I have very important problem, please help. I have to solve this in a very short time
I have an Ascom D62 dect phone and i want to register it to Call Manager 8. I did all of configurations but it didn't register to CM. It says NO SERVICE on screen.
On CM:
I created an End user. User id is 811231111. And than i associated the Ascom device to end user.
I created a phone device for Ascom with third party device basic configuration in CM
On Ascom:
Owner ID : 811231111
User id : I cannot write any thing to this screen.
I give a static IP.
TFTP address is empty.
WSG is empty
Voip End point id is 811231111
Sip proxy address is CM subscriber address
Sip proxy ID is CM host name.
Sıp proxy password is End user password.
Is there an additional setting in CM ? I didn't do any thing on Service parameters and Enterprise parameters.
Please I need help because it has become a very urgent problem

You may want to move this over the voice CM forum. This forum is WiFi voice related, not CM.
