Hello,
I have two stores that sell different products. One of the locations needs to forward calls to the
other location. The store that is forwarding needs for their MOH to play at the other location.
I tried configuring the MOH at the phone level and line level. I get a message that it is not
available.
Any insight would be appreciated. I have a call manager book and it looks pretty straight forward??

Yes, just makre MRG, MRGLs are correctly configured, that the codecs you need are enabled, and that the files are uploaded on all MOH servers.
