Is there a better way to assign a user to multiple system distribution lists?
My current workflow:
- Open voicemail #1 distribution list, add user
- Open voicemail #2 distribution list, add user
- etc, etc....9 times for any new call center employees.
Seems like there should be a way I can open the user profile and add all the distribution lists they need from one spot.
These are Finesse users, if that makes any difference.

If you are creating those users by template, you can add the template to all of the Distribution Lists. Then, any user created with that template will automatically be added to all of the lists.
Not helpful for existing users, but going forward could be helpful.
