Hello all,
I have following problem with several users: When the launch the Assistant Console (AC) they have a prompt to update version they are using. Once this is done and they log they see that all there abreviation lists disappeared.
(I found a procedure on how to save this list (XML file) under the PC hard drive but when I test it it is not working. see attached PDF)
I understand this abreviation list must be saved somewhere on the server. So probably I can retrieve them. Any one knows where?
Please let me know if it is not clear enough.
