We have several hundred end users who were synced using LDAP. Now we are in the process of rolling out Cisco Phones to everyone and would like to associate each end user with their phone. Is there a way to bulk to this or automate the process? We are assigned the user to the Phone and to the DN but when you look at the End User settings they are still not associated with the controlled device. TIA
