ATA 186 not getting registered with CUCM 7

Hi,

Instant assistance would be of great help,

 

I am stuck in registering the ATA 186 with CUCM. I have upgraded the Firmware of the ATA with the latest one, also, the once which is already registered with same CUCM on which the Problematic ATA is not getting registered.

 

The Status of the ATA in CUCM is unknown, however it is getting IP from DHCP, I am able to ping ATA from CUCM OSAdmin. Firmware in ATA I have upgraded, I am able to access ATA on the from the LAN.

 

I am not sure why it is not getting registered.

 

It is not taking the CallManager1 IP, CallManager2 IP.

 

Eventhough I have manually configured the IP in SCCP config.
