We have our sip trunks registered with ITSP using the sip-ua authentication method, whenever the registration fails once in every few months, the trunk don't automatically re-register. I had enabled the debugs and was monitoring on syslog for sometime for the issue to happen again, There was sip trunk failure on Sep 15 18:08:03 based on the logs attached, The users didn't notice until next morning and they contacted us. when we checked the ' sip-ua register status' it was still 'no'. Once i remove and reenter the sip-ua credentials and authenticaion(arount Sep 16 09:35) as attached in the attached document, the sip-ua trunk registered successfully. Is there anyway we can register this sip trunk automatically, rather than waiting for us to reauthenticate manually as we did?
