ATA 186 registering only with Publisher

Hi,

We are using 2 servers in the group. ATA 186 is getting registered only with the Publisher & when Publisher is down they are also down...

where as all other devices are getting registered with the Subscriber & when Subscriber fails it goes to Publisher..Any suggestion on this??

you are sure with the group added to ur device pool contain the 2 cucms ?
