ATA 186 with HP Procurve 2610 switch's - Network Issue

Hi,

Anyone had any problems with MGCP ATA 186's configured on a HP Procurve switching infrastructure (2610's)?

The network light is constantly on and the customer has to reset them every other day to get them working again.  Both the ATA's and switch port's are hard-coded at 10Mb Half-duplex.

Quote from the manual:

The Cisco ATA 188 performs auto-negotiation for duplexity and speed and is capable of 10/100

Mbps, full-duplex operation. The Cisco ATA 186 is fixed at 10 Mbps, half-duplex operation.

So if you set it to full/10 I would expect to get odd behaviour... leave it on auto, or set 10 half on the switch. Auto would result in 10mb being detected, and the switch should fail back to half duplex.
