Strange that CISCO doesn't work.
Could you try 12345, if it still doesn't work try CISCO123.

Is the ATA-187 already registerd with your Callmanager ?
If so, try to change the device "IVR password" to another value.

no, unfurtunelly its not registered at cucm.
Thats why i want this password, to access the voice menu to troubleshoot why its no registering at cucm.

No, i dont know the ip address.
This is one of the reasons i want to access the voice menu, to confirm the IP address.

Hello! I have similar troubles too. The Default PIN for new ATA 187 doesn't work. Do you have any ideas?

try changing the phone you are using to type the password..
mine was with DTMF problem

Hi. Have you resolved this issue?
Do you have a FW between ATA and CallManager? For the ATA you have to open SIP comunication.
When you connect the ATA to a Cisco switch, you can use CDP to verify ATA IP Address. Then use a browser to navigate to the IP Address of the ATA.
Verify with RTMT the TFTP logs of the CallManager, to see if the ATA gets there.
