ATA 187 "Unknown"

We have some ATA187 configured in CUCM8.5.1, they are connected in ports that have configured PoE and DHCP via Voice VLAN, ATA187 needs a Power AC for turn on.

We have some problems with this ATA because they get disconnected and appear in Unknown state in Communications Manager, when we review the ATA it seems good, but  we have to switch off and switch on ATA locally for resolve the problem.

Have you experienced this issue?, and we have another question: Is possible to access ATA in web like ATA186 (http://xx.xx.xx./dev)

There are some issues with the ATA187s when there is not a DN configured on port 2.
