I preconfigure everything back in the office, at that time ATA 187 work fine with CME - "show voice register pool type ata-187" show that both number were registered to CME. But for some reason after the device was send to the customer site, it always register with first port(second port show unregister).
I try every solution I could think of, restart and reset the "voice register pool", delete and reconfigure dn and pool, no create profile and create profile, ect..
But None of the solution above work. Here is my configuration.
