ATA 187 register only first port on CME9.0

Hello Everyone,

I have an anooy problem with ATA 187 on CME 9.0

I preconfigure everything back in the office, at that time ATA 187 work fine with CME - "show voice register pool type ata-187" show that both number were registered to CME. But for some reason after the device was send to the customer site, it always register with first port(second port show unregister).

I try every solution I could think of, restart and reset the "voice register pool", delete and reconfigure dn and pool, no create profile and create profile, ect..

But None of the solution above work. Here is my configuration.

voice register dn 98

number 5598

voice register dn 99

number 5599

voice register pool 1

id mac xxxx.xxxx.xxxx

codec g711ulaw

number 1 dn 98

number 2 dn 99

The ATA 187 follows the same MAC address rules as the ATA 186 & 188

If the ATA 187 has an original MAC address :-

AAAA.BBBB.CCCC this is used for the 1st port

The 2nd port uses the following address

AABB.BBCC.CC01

So the rule is delete the first 2 numbers on the left and add 01 at the end

Another example would be:-

1st port  2222.3333.4444

2nd port 2233.3344.4401

In your config you need to register another MAC

voice register pool 1

id mac xxxx.xxxx.xx01

codec g711ulaw

number 1 dn 100

number 2 dn 101
