Good morning,
we are trying to configure an ATA190 with static IP. However is driving me crazy... it is impossible for me.
I am able to change the mode from DHCP to Static.
I enter ****
then 101 - 1
At this poing everything look good, however I am not able to do the next steps.
I enter 111
and them the IP, I have tried with all number and with dots
192.168.109.2 /192168109002
However when I enter the show ip address ivr code: 110
The IP is not there.
This is the same for the mask and the gateway.
Is there something I am missing?
Anyone have it in static mode.

Hi,
please, try to Factory Reset the ATA 190 (code 73738) and try again.
