ATA 191 does not work

Bought a brand new ATA 191 Multiplatform on Amazon and entered all the same information that I had in my PAP2T: server, credentials, etc.

PAP2T worked and continues to work.

ATA 191 gets a 403 error. All credentials were copy and paste, so no typing errors.

The provider sees authentication failures.

Also, expire is set to 300 but the information page says next registration in about 1200 seconds.

Any ideas?

The other line is connected to another provider that uses TLS and has its own CA cert URL. In the status, I see failures to provision the cert.

ATA 191 multiplatform should be set as basic SIP device. Also please make digest user's ID same as DN. Not sure if it is absolutely required, but I think I came across this in some SIP based ATAs.

What does it mean, to set it as basic SIP device? What is it set as, out of the box?

What is Digest user ID? I found no matches to 'digest' anything, in the manual.

What is DN? Display Name? The provider instructed me to keep this field clear.
