ATA 191 MPP Firmware Not Updating

Gurus -

From previous discussions for the ATA 191 Multiplatform adapter, its been stated the ATA 191 MPP firmware can be upgraded without a CUCUM (@LeoLaohoo, @NithinEluvathingal).

My current firmware is 11-1 and I am wanting to update it to 12.01.1 SR3.
The download zip (cmterm-ata191.12-0-1-0301-002.zip) contains two files when expanded:
cmterm-ata191.12-0-1-0301-002.img.sgn and
cmterm-ata191.12-0-1-0301-002.loads

When using the web based Firmware Upgrade in the Phone Adapter Configuration Utility page,
both files responds '192.168.1.xxx says Incorrect image file.'

What am I missing here?

Hi, 

You trying to upgrade an MPP ATA with an enterprise firmware. That won't work. 

You need MPP firmware: https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286319445/type/282074215/release/11.2.1

Perfect!  That makes perfect sense and that is what I was missing.

I plan on adding IP 8851 phones (MPP version) later on here and I'll watch for the same type updates then.

Thats not a MPP version.  it's  an enterprise version firmwares.

11.2.1 is the latest firmware for ata MPP.
