ATA 191 - no admin elements after login as admin

i have buy a used ATA 191. i open in browser the web gui and login as admin.
but - i have no admin elements - only logs.
i have already reset the ata 191 - but no changes.

What is the intention (or business case) for the ATA?  

The ATA is loaded with Enterprise firmware and, as far as I am aware, there is no conversion license to 3PCC/MPP.  

ATA191-3PW-K9 is the SKU for an ATA with 3PCC/MPP firmware.

I (privately) wanted to use this adapter for my analogue devices (voip, sip-trunk) because the ISDN network was shut down in Vienna last month.

Unfortunately, the options are: 

1.  Buy an ATA with 3PCC/MPP firmware; or

2.  Use another brand

but - I personally think it is bad practice for companies to bring different versions onto the market under one product name (eg AT191) which are not compatible with each other. Sometimes with "versions" - V1 or V2 - which sometimes use different hardware (eg modems).

just out of interest: how do you configure this "enterprise version" - that must be possible somehow?
