ATA 191 not working properly

Hello All,

ATA 191 is registered to CUCM 11.5.1 and it is not working properly.

Restart is required often to make it work.

Note: There is an analog phone is connected to this device.

I see no firmware information under phone configuration window, it is just registered and IP address is shown.

Is this expected?

What could be causing the phones to stop working.

Where could I find the logs.

Try to access the web page of the device, see if you have any logs about this lose of connection with CUCM.

Check the network connectivity of this ATA

Check the interface of the switch if you have any errors.
